BreedWorksHQ is looking for Virtual Service Representatives to join our team. Successful candidates will provide a variety of services to customers and staff, through its services and products. VSRs are usually the first point of contact to BreedWorksHQ after they purchase the product. It is important that you are able to promptly answer and direct questions accordingly with confidence and a pleasant demeanor.
Responsibilities:
– Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring a low level of analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
– Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
-Knowledgeable of our Support System, Website, and Forum and of our organization.
Skills:
-Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
-Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
-Excellent communication (verbal and written).
-Basic Second Life knowledge.
-Problem solving abilities
-US and Non-US Time Zones
Optional Skills:
-Ability to work in different shifts.
-MAC/PC literate/friendly.
-Familiarity with multiple second life viewers.
-Experience in website and forums to monitor and moderate.
-Some knowledge with Second Life breedables.

BreedWorksHQ is looking for Auction Team Members to help advise, verify and collect information from the BWHQ Auction Houses. Successful candidates will work with other team members in a variety of responsibilities. This will include communications, statistics and involvement with Auction House Management.
Auction Team members will act professionally, representing BWHQ with knowledgeable information on auctions and procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Promptness attending auctions and meetings on a regular basis.
-Communicating with Owner/Seller/Representative in a timely manner to resolve horse entry issues.
-Accurate recording and transferring of statistical information.
-Knowledge of website forum and answering questions pertaining to BWHQ auctions.
Skills:
-Excellent communication (verbal and written).
